    • Today we start our trek and enter the Kanchenjungs National Park - a UNESCO World Herirtage Site
    • We cross about 3 rivers over bridges to reach Sachen in about 2 hours. Sachen is a small man-made clearing which we go past by
    • We then cross the major bridge over the Prek Chu river and reach Bakhim. Take a breather at Bakhim (2,727m), a small clearing offering refreshing views and your first glimpse of the high-altitude landscape.
    • Flora Transition: Walk through vibrant rhododendron and magnolia forests as the vegetation begins to shift towards alpine varieties.
    • Mountain Vistas: Arrive at the Tibetan settlement of Tsokha to witness grand, close-up views of Mount Pandim, Tenchenkhang, and Jupono.
