Freelance Seasonal Trek Leader

Role: Lead trek batches with full responsibility for safety, comfort, motivation, and management. Must handle altitude risks, group supervision, equipment readiness, and eco-tourism ethics.

Terms: Batch-to-batch engagement during the season. Details shared upon confirmation.

Benefits: Transport + food allowances, daily stipend, incentives, accommodation and meals provided. Experience letter will be provided after good conduct and client/other associate's positive feedbacks.

Freelance Base Camp Manager

Role: Manage all arrangements at the trek base camp including equipment, rationing, staff coordination, accommodation setup, and emergency preparedness.

Terms: Batch-based seasonal assignment.
